We aim to deliver orders to UK customers within 2 to 5 days as we understand how important it is for you to receive your goods when you expect them. For customers who require delivery outside of the UK, please allow up to 10/15 working days. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event a delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. Deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday. Unfortunately, we currently cannot offer next day delivery.
We advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier Agent, both services require a signature. You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order letting you know it is on its way.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary greatly between countries. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Our items are vintage and we always try our best to describe sizes and imperfections, to save on returns. This is important to take into consideration when purchasing any vintage items.
If you sadly do need to return, we can accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
Important – please email us at email@example.com before you return your item, including your name – order number – reason for return
All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:
- All original tags must be attached
- Returns must be received within 14days with an email to us before returning
- All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
- All items must not have been worn
- All items are free of any odours
- All items must be in saleable condition
- Shipping costs are non-refundable – items are returned at your own risk and cost; we advise you to use a tracking method to post your item as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost.
- Once we receive your returns parcel we will then check the item and process your refund within 7 days
- Please note online purchases 'can not' be returned to our store at 3 Cheshire Street - returns only via web store
